My Tasty Tomato and Red Pepper Soup
Had lots of people asking how I make soup. I don’t use a recipe per se, but have written down as close to what I do so people can try and replicate. You can vary the vegetables to whatever you have to hand.
1 large onion
3 sticks of celery
1 red pepper
Knorr Vegetable Bouillon (no added salt)
1.5 jugs of boiling water
Serve, I like the soup as it is, but you can add chilli flakes if needed, or perhaps some chorizo in with the tomato’s to add a fiery kick. To make soup more substantial, I pour over cooked pasta for my toddler as a sauce and serve with garlic bread.
