Lots of you were asking me how I created cauliflower rice as a healthy alternative to regular rice. Well its pretty simple and even my 3 year old toddler liked it.
Heres what I did
1. Remove leaves and stems from Cauliflower
2. Chop, wash and pat dry
3. Put the florets into the blender and use slowest speed until cauliflower resembles rice sized grains
4. Oil a pan, sautee some fresh garlic into oil and add cauliflower
5. Continuly stirring for a couple of mins then serve with lots of pepper and a little salt if required
Simple as that!!! I served this with home made chicken and veg curry for a guilt free alternative to a takeaway!
