    Loved your latest bump to bikini body blog, some useful tips and you look fab 🙂 Did you follow a similar diet plan during your pregnancy? Also, did you exercise throughout and if so could you give an example of what type of exercises you did? Thanks! X

      I always try and eat well where possible. During pregnancy I swam a lot rather than using the actual gym. I do have a video on my youtube channel of some of the pregnancy exercises I did tho. Take a look in the videos section on this site or search model mummy on youtube xx
